History
- Lamberti USA Inc. was founded in 1999 by Lamberti, an Italian chemical group. Initially, the activity was focused on the Photocuring and Building Additives markets.  The company was based in Pennsylvania with a commercial office.
- In 2000, Lamberti USA took over an oilfield chemicals manufacturing plant in Hungerford, 35 miles S/W Houston (TX).
- In 2001 Lamberti USA implemented SAP/R3, an advanced operating system to integrate the local operations with the Italian headquarters.
- In 2004 Lamberti decided to create the Americas organization having head offices in Conshohocken, 15 miles West Philadelphia (PA). Lamberti Americas consits of Lamberti USA, Lamberti Quimica de Mexico and Lambra (Brazil).

Lamberti USA is a manufacturer of speciality chemicals for different industries and applications, such as:  Oil, Ceramics, Photocuring, Building, Agro, Textile and Cosmetics. Our target is to develop products to satisfy customer needs and to provide cost-effective solutions.

 Hungerford (Wharton - TX) manufacturing plant
The plant is mainly focused on the production of oilfield chemicals, however a number of other products for different markets can be produced.
